All shipments are at the customer's expense and risk.
imusicales.com will only accept returns when the product has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship attributable to imusicales.com
If proceeding, any repair will be carried out in the imusicales.com workshops and transportation will be at the client's expense.
If the client makes repairs or modifications to the products, in no case will imusicales.com be responsible for said modifications nor will any warranty claim arise.
